Identify the business name, town and detail that needs correcting, together with the public source or supporting record. Please do not include private customer or payment information.
How corrections are handled
We review factual corrections without charging a fee. A business cannot purchase a higher assessment score or the removal of justified criticism. Public-record details and service-feedback assessments are considered separately.
